This tour focuses on the rich history of Argentina’s Jewish community, from the first immigrants of the late 19th century to these days. It reveals the roots of the pioneer colonies in the country and the origins of the Buenos Aires community, one of the largest in the world, visiting its most significant places in the city. It also discusses the present political, economic, and social situation of the Argentine Jewish, the tragic terrorist attacks to the Israeli embassy and the AMIA building as well as the role of the new Jewish institutions. Please notice that all participants must present personal ID information at the time of booking and, for the tour, they must hold their passports. The visit of the mentioned institutions implies a donation per passenger to be established at the beginning of the tour.
