Argentina seats in the southern cone of South America, as its second largest country, with an area of 2,780,400 km2 (1,073,500 sq. mi). It is bordered by Bolivia and Paraguay to the north; Chile to the west; Brazil and Uruguay to the east; and Chile and the South Atlantic Ocean to the south.
WEATHER:Being such large and diverse land, Argentina has four well differentiated types of weather: warm, mild, arid, and cold. The average annual temperature in Buenos Aires is 18C (64 F). The city does not usually reach extreme weather therefore it is fit to explore comfortably all year around. From December to March (summertime) temperatures keep between 25 and 35 C. From March to June (autumn), between 15 and 25 C. In winter, from June to September, thermometers move from 1 to 10 C. And when spring comes, from September to December, its time for a pleasant weather of 20-30 C in Buenos Aires city.
