New Eco Tourism Fee To All Tourists Visiting Iguazu
en Argentina

The city of Puerto Iguazu has published the ordinance No. 54/15 that actions an "Eco Tourism Fee" (Resolution 66/2016 series "A") to all tourists visiting Puerto Iguazu.

To accomplish the collection of this fee, the City Government has set special booths on the route at the entrance of the city.

The rate is USD 1,60.- per person. All passengers over 12 years of age have to pay this fee. All tourists need to keep the ticket as proof of payment during their stay in Puerto Iguazu. Without this receipt, authorities may charge the fee again.

The objective of this "Eco Tourism Fee" is to improve parks, storm water, sewers and all services linked to the tourism activity in order to enrich the quality of visitor's stay.

The "Eco Tourism Fee" for passengers, who have already confirmed and paid the trip, will be covered by Furlong Incoming.

As from today and for future quotations that include Puerto Iguazu, this fee needs to be considered by the client.
